This project should take no more then 6 class periods. The first half should be done on the research and the second half should be putting the presentation together and then presenting it. Depending on the size of the class this could take more then one class period. Presentations should be limited to no more then 10 minutes
In each group there was an expert for each of the meals. During the presentation, each expert should present their information about their particular meal. In addition each person should take responsibility for some other part of the presentation as well.
The presentation should be turned in to the teacher in one of the following manners: 1)e-mailed, 2)floppy or CD, or 3)left on the school server.
If possible the group could present one or two of the dishes on their menu if they are something the group things is unique or different then the students have had before.
