Students spend a week evaluating their own eating habits by keeping track of what they have eaten at every meal for a week and about how much they have eaten
Students are placed in groups where they organize themselves into the various experts and begin their assigned tasks.
Finally the students work together to present their version of the information gathered in their quest to then produce their slide show.

The menu should be one that they themselves would want to eat
Fill out the form listing what their menu is
For each day the break down of what food groups and how many servings should be listed
Contribute information to the final presentation.

Give examples of both poor and good meal menus
What does your body gain by good nutrition both now and in the future.
Their food log of what they ate for a week
The menu which they created to get out of detention
And either a disk, an e-mail or saved to the server a copy of their power Point presentation
