January 23-29 Grace Lutheran will be celebrating National Lutheran Schools Week with a variety of fun activities! We will kick off the week Sunday with worship at 8 and 10:45am. Students and staff will be able to dress up each day of the week (see the calendar for details) and will be doing a variety of service projects. Throughout the week, we will be collecting non-perishable food and personal care products to benefit the North Alabama Food Bank. As a special treat, we will be hosting singer Jennie Williamson for an in-school assembly and evening concert. Please invite your friends and family to join us for this amazing evening of fun, music, and praise to Jesus!
At Grace Lutheran School, each child is precious and uniquely created by God with a divine purpose. Parents and teachers work in partnership to help each child develop their potential. Through high-quality academics, opportunities to serve, and collaboration, Leadership, Discipleship, and Innovation are grown. Children expand and put into practice their Christian faith and strengthen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, their Savior. As teachers and staff model and encourage Christ-like qualities, students develop self-control, empathy, and other 21st Century skills to prepare them for their future.
Grace Lutheran School is an outreach ministry of Grace Lutheran Church. Our congregation is a Christ-centered ministry that is driven by Jesus’ call to make disciples. Visit our church website to learn more about worshiping God with us and discovering a place where you can grow in your faith.
